AI Communication Assistant for Alexa+
I have been leading the communication domain for Alexa+ since its inception. I have closely collaborated with the product, design, research, and engineering teams to envision Alexa’s north star vision as a trusted communication assistant. I have also worked with my team to establish conversational AI patterns for Text and Email channels.

Alexa Personalization
Personalization is a crucial value proposition for Alexa’s adoption in households. I’ve spearheaded several projects focused on personalizing Alexa, including developing an Alexa profile page, gathering customer interests, and recognizing individuals through voice and visual identification.

Shopping - Related Products Discovery
I designed a user experience framework for retail shopping that enables customers to effortlessly discover product variations and add-ons, such as protection plans, bundles, and accessories. This framework was adopted by over 12 partner teams across Amazon, resulting in enhanced business metrics.

Discover
Understanding customer problems and opportunities through collaborative design with users and key stakeholders leads to the right solution path. This intense process yields significant rewards.

Define
The objective of this phase is to define the right solution. I collaboratively define customer and business goals, create user stories, CXOs, and conceptual models that illustrate the solution.

Design
In the design phase I create low and high fidelity designs in a iterative way. I frequently get customer and product feedback to align on the business strategy and user expectations.

Deliver
Polished visual designs, prototypes, and design specs will be delivered to engineering for feature development. I sometimes make tradeoffs to meet delivery timelines without compromising experience.
